These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aprilo Infotech website (apriloinfotech.com) and any associated commercial software packages, Composer repositories, and documentation.

1. Commercial Licensing & Composer Access

License grants for Aprilo Magento 2 extensions and Aprilo AI modules are provided per store domain or per enterprise organization as specified in the commercial order form. Unauthorized distribution, public decompilation, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, design systems, algorithms, documentation, and trade secrets related to Aprilo products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aprilo Infotech.

3. Support & Service Level Commitments

Product maintenance, compatibility patches, and bugfix releases are provided in accordance with the official 24-month support calendar published on our Resources portal.

4. Limitation of Liability

Software is provided "as is" with documented compatibility standards. Aprilo Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server failures or incompatible third-party custom code overrides.
